岗位职责:1.Responsibleformanagementoftheafter-salesteam.Establishandimplementrelevantafter-salespoliciesandsystemscombinedwiththecompany'sbrandstrategy.负责售后团队的管理工作,结合公司品牌策略,制定和落实相关的售后政策与制度。2.Monitorcustomercomplaintsfromvariouschannels,assistcustomerserviceagentstohandledifficultcomplaints,andprovidetechnicalsupportforseriouscomplaints.监控各个渠道的客户投诉,协助客服部员工处理投诉的疑难问题,对重点问题的投诉给予技术支持。3.Sustainableimprovementofproductqualityrelatedissuesbasedonanalysisofdatareportsandcross-functionalcommunication.负责完成各数据报表分析,跨部门沟通持续推动相关产品品质等问题的解决。4.Monitorandmanagereturnsfromvariouschannels,collectandanalyzethereasonsforreturns,andpromotesustainableimprovementandmonitorreturninventor.监控管理各个渠道的退货,收集分析退货原因,推动改善并监控盘点退货账目。5.Coordinateandintegrateinternaldepartmentalresourcesforconsumerserviceinterfaceandconsumersatisfactionwithcustomerserviceteamtodevelopaplanuntilimplementation.针对消费者服务界面以及消费者满意度,协调整合内部资源与客服团队共同制订方案直至落地执行。6.Communicateandcollaboratewithoverseasbranchesandrepaircenters.与海外分公司以及维修中心进行沟通,协作。任职要求:3-5yearsofcross-bordere-commerceafter-salesserviceteammanagementexperience3-5年跨境售后服务团队管理经验Familiarwithafter-salesservicesystemandafter-salesoperationmanagement熟悉售后服务体系和售后业务运营管理Strongcommunicationandresilience,abletoassistemployeesinhandlingvariouscustomerissuespromptly具备较强的沟通及应变能力,能及时协助员工处理好各类客户问题Richtechnicalsupportexperience较全的技术支持经验
